LimeLoop’s smart shipping platform makes retailers more efficient, economical and environmentally friendly by helping retailers ditch cardboard in their supply chains. By combining reusable packaging and technology, retailers get a real-time lens into their internal shipments from warehouses and DCs to store replenishment across their physical store locations.

This provides retailers with a powerful platform to save on costs, reduce inventory loss and minimize friction points, while providing the insights necessary to inform ESG and supply chain decisions.

We’re looking for someone who will support the Growth Team’s outbound efforts, contributing to revenue growth and reducing environmental impact. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and helping Sales close deals.

Through joining this early-stage startup, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and external stakeholders to effectively develop and grow with the Growth team. This role will begin as part-time with the opportunity to move to full-time.

We are looking for someone who is local to the Denver area to work in a hybrid work model.

 

You Will…

  • Research and outreach directly to qualified prospects and cultivate prospective customer relationships,
  • Grow and support a persona-targeted sales pipeline,
  • Formulate and qualify ideas to promote lead generation to meet sales goals,
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
  • Develop and evolve sales assets that are on brand with support from Marketing,
  • Share prospect and opportunity feedback to improve our value proposition and product,
  • Work with the leadership team in executing a world-changing vision of shipping without the waste.

You should have…

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business,
  • Experience selling and working in retail businesses preferred,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: utilized with our outbound efforts, as well as delivering effective feedback to your peers and management,
  • Consistently hitting deadlines and accomplishing tasks in a timely manner,
  • A strong process-driven approach, including use of existing and new tools to optimize operations,
  • A sense of curiosity that leads to creative and executable solutions,
  • An ability to quickly spot problems and come to the table with solutions,
  • An eagerness to build skills and grow with the sales organization,
  • A passion for communicating with customers and developing long-lasting relationships,
  • A passion for zero waste and net zero initiatives.
